Updated: It sucks that it took leaving a review to get things moving, BUT I got a call right away that the mower is done and ready to be dropped off. I appreciate businesses that take feedback well. Thank you for correcting the issue. Communication is a wonderful thing. Picked up my mower on Monday for potential warranty work. It's now Thursday, never got a call. Called in to find out they had to order the part and would be 5-7 business days. Would've been nice to communicate that...

Outstanding experience at Russo Power Equipment. After a frustrating experience with a big box store, this was a completely different level of service. From the moment I walked in, the team treated me like a customer, not a transaction. The salesperson took the time to understand my property, how I planned to use the equipment, and what would actually make sense long-term. Instead of pushing the more expensive option, he recommended the model that best fit my needs and explained why in a way that was honest and practical. What really stood out was the knowledge and professionalism. These guys clearly know their equipment, and more importantly, they stand behind what they sell. It’s refreshing to work with a business that prioritizes getting it right over making a quick sale. I was looking to add additional equipment to my fleet and did not know which products to choose from. I spoke to Jeff (store manager) regarding the matter, he offered a variety of options and recommendations that suited our needs. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. Alejandra was very kind, and strong to say the least. She did a excellent job in preparing and bringing out our order to the front desk. She went as far as assisting us in bringing out the equipment to our work truck on a rainy day. Thanks Jeff and Alejandra for you help. It was a pleasant experience working with you.

They did tell me nothing was wrong with the mower but when I got there, it had a couple small issues. But I got there about 15 minutes before they closed and they stayed open for an extra hour so I could purchase this SCAG tiger cat it was also almost 100° that day and they were very patient with me. They gave me an amazing deal on the mower and I am very happy with it. Thank you guys! Good people
